    Love what you guys are doing over at Smashed! I want to see something that screams Greece. How about a smashed patty topped with whipped Feta cream, sun-dried tomatoes, and a hint of oregano-infused oil? We could call it the ‘Olympian Smash.’ It keeps it local but keeps the artisan vibe alive. Thoughts?
